How We Work (FAQs)

Starting a Project

Do you work with agencies and direct clients?

Both. We collaborate with agencies, production companies, startups, and global brands directly. The setup changes, but the goal is the same: strong ideas, sharp visuals, and a smooth process.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. We work remotely with clients and teams across different markets and time zones. The process is structured to keep communication clear wherever the project is based.

What happens after we get in touch?

We usually start with a short call or written exchange to understand the brief, ambition, budget, and timing. From there, we can recommend the right production approach and prepare a proposal.

When should we bring you into a project?

As early as possible. The earlier we’re involved, the more value we can bring creatively and strategically. If the idea, script, or format is still flexible, we can help shape the project instead of just decorating it.

What do you need to prepare a quote?

A brief, timeline, expected deliverables, usage, references, script or rough idea if available, and any technical requirements. The more clarity we have, the more accurate the quote will be.

Creative Approach

Can you help with the concept?

Yes. We can start from a loose brief, a script, a product, a campaign need, or a visual direction. We’re not just here to animate existing ideas — we can help find the idea, shape it, and turn it into a clear visual language.

How do you work with references?

We use references to understand taste, ambition, craft level, mood, and expectations — not to copy. They help us align quickly, then we build a visual language that belongs to the project. We also love when briefs include our own work as a reference.

Can you work within existing brand guidelines?

Yes. We can work within strict brand systems or help expand them into motion. The goal is not to ignore the brand, but to make it move with more clarity, character, and impact.

Do you use AI in your process?

We may use AI during early exploration, research, or visual development when it helps open possibilities faster. Final creative decisions, design, animation, craft, and production remain human-led and carefully controlled.

Scope & Production

What kind of projects do you usually take on?

We work on brand films, campaign visuals, product animations, social content, launch films, explainers, motion systems, and design-led moving image projects. We can handle full concept-to-delivery projects or join as a specialist creative and production partner.

How big is the studio?

We are a core creative and production team supported by a trusted network of specialist designers, animators, CG artists, editors, compositors, sound designers, and producers. The team scales depending on the project.

Do you work with music and sound design?

Yes. We can handle music direction, sound design, voiceover, and final audio post when needed. Motion doesn’t live on visuals alone — sound is often what makes the piece feel finished.

Budget, Timing & Rights

How do you price a project?

Every project is priced around scope, creative ambition, timeline, deliverables, production complexity, and usage. We don’t price by “seconds of animation” alone, because a simple 10-second film and a highly crafted 10-second film are not the same job.

How long does a project usually take?

Most projects take between 4 and 12 weeks, depending on scope, approval speed, complexity, and deliverables. Smaller projects can move faster. More ambitious films need proper time for concept, design, animation, refinement, and delivery.

Who owns the final work?

Usage and rights are defined per project. Final deliverables are licensed according to the agreed scope, media, territory, and duration. We always clarify this before production starts.

Do you pitch for projects?

We selectively pitch when the brief, timeline, budget, and decision process are clear. We don’t create speculative creative work for undefined opportunities. Strong projects need commitment on both sides.

Fit

What makes a project a good fit?
Projects with ambition, trust, clear communication, and room for strong creative thinking. We’re best suited for clients who care about the idea behind the image, not just the image itself.

What is not a good fit?

Projects with no clear brief, no realistic timeline, no decision-maker involved, or no respect for the craft. Fast can work. Lean can work. Confused and careless rarely does.
