We’re seeking a Business Developer to assist us in connecting with agencies, brands, and key decision-makers. Someone who can open doors, spark conversations, and bring the right opportunities our way.

This is about relationships, spotting opportunities, and matching them with bold creative work.

You should be:

• Well-connected within the creative/advertising scene.
• Confidently pitching ideas and building trust with clients.
• Proactive, independent, and excited to help us grow.
• Someone who enjoys meeting people, understanding their needs, and finding win-win opportunities.
• Flexible to travel within Europe to connect with new clients and develop leads.

The setup: Flexible working hours. Retainer + commission model, open to the right structure.
