This is about relationships, spotting opportunities, and matching them with bold creative work.
You should be:
- Well-connected within the creative/advertising scene.
- Confidently pitching ideas and building trust with clients.
- Proactive, independent, and excited to help us grow.
The setup: Flexible working hours. Retainer + commission model, open to the right structure.
